Filling out our Contact Page would be a good start. Choosing the date and venue are all you need to book a Horse Race Night Fundraiser with Force Digital Media. Once the night is scheduled and the date and venue selected, we'll send you attractive, colorful, sequentially numbered Admission Tickets so you can start building your crowd. Remember, the bigger the crowd the higher the profits for your organization. 

Pricing & Terms

It seems obvious but, it's our belief that the most important aspect of a fundraiser is to raise funds. Our pricing and terms were established with this in mind.
*Upon booking, Force Digital Media requires no deposit of any kind. We feel that the risk to us is more than overcome by our commitment to your fundraiser's success. Requiring a deposit would create an initial debt to your organization and we choose not to do that. As a matter of fact, we don't require payment of any kind until your Fundraiser is completed.
**We don't participate in the collection of proceeds during your fundraiser in any way or at any point. In other words, we don't touch the money. You provide the volunteers to take the bets at our custom built Betting Window. Only your volunteers will handle any money coming from your guests.

That includes everything you need - an incredible price for all we provide: the races, the monitors, the printed materials, the betting window, the design and printing of the Race Forms, the design and broadcast of the sponsor ads, the money wheel, the entertainment and so much more....

Most of our organizations book year after year indicating that the profits and success of our fundraisers are unmatched. That's a bold statement, but if you've ever attended one of our events (over 8500 people have through the years), you know it's accurate.
